If you’re reporting a problem with one of our guides, the more detail you give us, the faster we can help:

Which article you were following
Your operating system and version
The exact error message you’re seeing
What you’ve already tried

Response time

We typically respond within 1–3 business days. We’re a small team so we can’t guarantee a response to every message, but we read them all and use your feedback to improve our guides.

Before you write

It’s worth checking these first:

Search the site — your problem may already have an article
Check the FAQ at the bottom of the relevant article — common follow-up questions are answered there
Check the article comments — other readers may have already solved your issue
