What to include
If you’re reporting a problem with one of our guides, the more detail you give us, the faster we can help:
- Which article you were following
- Your operating system and version
- The exact error message you’re seeing
- What you’ve already tried
Response time
We typically respond within 1–3 business days. We’re a small team so we can’t guarantee a response to every message, but we read them all and use your feedback to improve our guides.
Before you write
It’s worth checking these first:
- Search the site — your problem may already have an article
- Check the FAQ at the bottom of the relevant article — common follow-up questions are answered there
- Check the article comments — other readers may have already solved your issue
